A Brooklyn writer famous for his diatribes about marriage ties the knot. His wedding day turns upside down when the finds out that his sweet aunts have been killing their houseguests with poisoned elderberry wine. Things go from bad to worse when his criminally insane older brother shows up with a alcoholic evil doctor in tow. Arsenic and Old Lace is a classic black comedy stars Cary Grant, Priscilla Lane, Raymond Massey, Jack Carson, Peter Lorre, Josephine Hull and Jean Adair.  Directed by Frank Capra.
